никто на неагрессивное поведение вызывать security не будет
"подписать диагноз" - я прочел это что родители начали орать что типа как это нет заболевания, мы не согласны, мы ее несколько лет лечили и лечить будем
им сказали - подпишите бумагу что вы ознакомлены с нашим заключением (чтобы потом не говорили что дескать мы ничего не знали)
они эту бумагу подписать отказались
давая госпиталю понять что как только они выйдут за ворота то они будут опять все делать по прежнему
на этом этапе вызвали соц работника, устроили "консилиум" , приняли решение передать дело судье, составлили протокол
кто именно связывался с судьей уже не важно - это можно сделать через "дежурного" судью
такое мое прочтение
если кто прочтет это по другому - с удовольствием выслушаю и поучучь
