This is now a law in California:

<< “A vote by mail voter who is unable to return the ballot may designate any person to return the ballot to the elections official from whom it came or to the precinct board at a polling place within the jurisdiction. >>

This is called "ballot harvesting". And here is the _best_ case scenario or how it works (this has been captured on video):

<< “This lady identified herself as Lulu, knew my name and said she was here to ‘pick up my ballot.’ She then said it was because some law was passed and people’s mail-in ballots didn’t get to the polls? This is news to me. All of my emails have given me address to drop-off or I can mail. Also I’m an independent, not a Democrat. She didn’t ask for my husband’s.”

Lulu says:

“Yeah, we’re offering this new service, but only to, like, people who are supporting the Democratic party. It’s a service; I’m just trying to pick up your ballot and show you how to do it if you don’t know.“ >>

Of course, there are other possible scenarios.

California has now _officially_ legalized voter fraud. Sure enough, essencially all the contested electoral races have flipped to the Democrats this time.

And so, the Electoral College is very important. At least the left in California cannot change electrion results in other states - yet.
