Our political process was very precisely summarized by the drunkard's speech in "Team America World Police" (warning! Tons of obscenities! On the other hand, aren't those protesters doing quite obscene things as well?)
And to those who prefer something a bit less indecent and more lighthearted, I would recommend the famous scene from the "Spaceballs" :)
