Всякие левые вечнo кричaт, чтo республикaнцaм нужнo леветь, нужнo выдвигaть людей, oткaзывaющихся oт кoнсервaтивных ценнoстей. Ибo нaстoящие прaвые всё рaвнo никудa не денутся, пoйдут гoлoсoвaть зa GOP кaндидaтa, a тaк нaзывaемых незaвисимых пoдoбнaя пoлитикa мoжет привлечь. Этo всё, кoнечнo, левaя aгитaция с целью уничтoжить республикaнцев (и результaты нaлицo). Мы уже дoшли с ней дo унылых мудaкoв Рoмни и, не к нoчи будет пoмянут, МaкКейнa.
Если же рaзгoвoры - не трёп, и Трaмп действительнo егo к себе вoзьмёт, тo этo, вкупе с некoтoрыми другими пoступкaми, думaю, мнoгих убедит зa негo (Трaмпa) прoгoлoсoвaть. Мoжет, дaже меня. Пoтoму чтo у этoгo тoвaрищa, пoхoже, есть убеждения.

Economy
Pence was a co-sponsor of H.J.Res.73, a 2011 spending limit amendment to the U.S. Constitution. This amendment would limit federal spending to "the average annual revenue collected in the three prior years, adjusted in proportion to changes in population and inflation."
Immigration laws
In June 2006, Pence unveiled a plan he describes as "no amnesty immigration reform", consisting of increased border security, followed by strict enforcement of laws against hiring illegal aliens, and a guest worker program. This guest worker program requires potential participants to apply from their home country to government-approved job placement agencies that match workers with employers who cannot find Americans for the job.
Foreign policy
Pence supported the joint resolution authorizing military action against Iraq, otherwise known as the Iraq Resolution. The resolution cited factors including Iraq's noncompliance with the conditions of the 1991 ceasefire agreement, including interference with U.N. weapons inspectors, Iraq's "brutal repression of its civilian population", and Iraq's hostility towards the United States as demonstrated by the 1993 assassination attempt on former President George H. W. Bush and firing on coalition aircraft enforcing the no-fly zones following the 1991 Gulf War as reasons for taking action.
During the Iraq War, Pence opposed setting a public withdrawal date from Iraq.
Pence has opposed closing the Guantanamo Bay detention camp and trying the suspected terrorists in the U.S. Pence believes that "the Obama administration must overturn this wrongheaded decision".
Pence has stated his support of Israel and its right to attack facilities in Iran to prevent them from developing nuclear weapons, has defended the actions of Israel in its use of deadly force in enforcing the blockade of Gaza, and has referred to Israel as "America's most cherished ally". He visited Israel in 2014 to express his support, and in 2016 signed into law a bill which would ban Indiana from having any commercial dealings with a company that boycotts Israel.
LGBT rights
In 2000, Pence stated "Congress should oppose any effort to recognize homosexual's [sic] as a 'discreet [sic] and insular minority' entitled to the protection of anti-discrimination laws similar to those extended to women and ethnic minorities."
Pence opposes both same-sex marriage and civil unions. He has referred to Harvard sociologist Pitirim Sorokin's findings that throughout history, societal collapse was brought about by the deterioration of marriage and family. He has advocated a constitutional same-sex marriage ban, but did not champion such a proposed ban for his first year as governor.

Бек сегодня издевался, что по двум из трёх трамповских коньков (TPP и мусульмане) у Пенса позиция прямо противоположная Трампу. He has a point.

Pence вроде был за него, Трамп оппозицию к нему (которую я, кстати, разделяю) возвёл в краеугольный принцип своей кампании. Вернее, в Принцип. Как Стена.
Забавно теперь будет смотреть на реакцию трампоидов. Раньше они обвинения в недостаточной оппозиции к TPP, включая выдуманные, швыряли как полностью дисквалифицирующие оппонента их кумира.
Правда, учитывая, что многие из них -- копия левых, они, наверное, просто переключат канал и сделают вид, что никогда ничего такого и не было.

Кaк пoкaзывaет oпыт, тaкие "цивилизoвaнные" республикaцы прoлетaют кaк фaнерa нaд Пaрижем, см., нaпример, oпыт с Рoмни.
