"I mean, look, Bill, I'm not a bigot. You know the kind of books I've written about the civil rights movement in this country. But when I get on the plane, I got to tell you, if I see people who are in Muslim garb and I think, you know, they are identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims, I get worried. I get nervous."
"He said the war with Muslims, America's war is just beginning, first drop of blood. I don't think there's any way to get away from these facts."

(2) So, with the news that George Soros is buying one hundred political “reporters” for National Public Radio (NPR), one waits with bated breath for the left to decry the fact that a famous anti-American leftist is buying and influencing the “news.”

I certainly agree that he should. But I do not know if this will happen. In any case, this is just one case, but I think it illustrates the whole story in our overwhelmingly left media. If anything, it's atypical in how bold this guy is.

not bold, just honest. i am honest too - when i see a black bag with a slit for eyes, i shudder. but i am not a public figure, i can say whatever i please. the shudder BTW is unrelated to fear of terror - it is pure prejudice. people who do terror don't (yet) dress in chadors. yet. ( In Moscow they did) they try to blend in.

I think it is MUCH more important to tell the truth for a public figure or for a reporter than for a private citizen. They have a greater responsibility.

And no, this is not prejudice. This is a gut feeling of where does the danger come from.
