HI George, Here’s the story with the ranking…it is done by Payscale.com. For starting they survey students that just graduated or up to 2 years out, and for mid-career I believe it is 10 to 20 years out. It would include all graduates from the school, and for starting, yes those who are working and did not go to grad school. Their web site, payscale.com will probably list more on the methodology, but I hope that helps. [signed]
