Вот статистика прямо от ICE агенства. Видно, как с 2013 года количеcтво высланных стало уменьшаться.

А вот эту цифру раньше не включали (или не полностью включали) в статистику.
"ICE conducted 165,935 removals of individuals apprehended at or near the border or ports of entry.3"
