За корейцев да. За Вьетнам, моджахеддов Афганистана, сомалийцев, ливийских и сирийских "freedom fighters", да всякие Йемены однозначно нет. Украина ни в какое сравнение с Кореей 50-х не идёт, по всем параметрам.
